If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms, please consider rescheduling your appointment. 

If you've been exposed to COVID and you are awaiting results, please schedule your appointment after receipt of negative test results.

All appointment require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are non refundable, however it is transferrable to another date within the same month, providing there is availability. 

Remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, Zelle  or Card
